Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan, prescribed by their physician.  Our rehabilitation center is located at 1208B Scottsville Road in Lafayette.  Our regular hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but appointments for other hours can be scheduled in advance.

Our equipment is state-of-the-art, and our personnel are highly trained, competent, and caring individuals.

Laboratory

The laboratory performs tests ordered by your physician on blood and other bodily fluids. Performance improvement, quality control and proficiency testing insures that the results given to your physician are accurate.
