Coley Real Estate and Auction Coley Real Estate and Auction's new location is 420 Hwy. 52 Bypass West. The office opens at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and stays open as long as a client needs us in the office. All of our agents are also available during evenings and weekends. Johnny and Brenda Coley opened Coley Real Estate and Auction in October 2000 on Scottsville Road and moved to the new location on July 1, 2002, when we absorbed another real estate company. Our goal is to fulfill all the needs of our buyers and sellers with courteous and professional service. Coley Real Estate and Auction is a member of the Sumner Association of Realtors. As Realtors, we follow a strict code of ethics. This enables us to keep up with all the new rules and regulations pertaining to real estate transactions in the State of Tennessee in order to better serve our customers. Being Realtors enables us to market your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which enables perspective buyers to view properties worldwide by selecting a particular area to which they are considering moving.
